Doing the same thing on a Honda CT90 speedo. I'm having a problem keeping the speed indicator pin on with all the tapping to crimp the edge! 🙁

Fantastic channel. I am currently restoring a ST50 Belgian Dax. Almost finished , and like brand new. I have a question about the speedometer. Is there an easy way to see of the speedometer works without it being mounted in the lamp and connect, I do have a few spare ones but the need to be tested.

Hey Josh, the K1 and later (US) round speedos are hard to find, do you have a source for reproduction round speedos for US CT70s? Do you sometimes replace the K1 and later (separate round speedo and headlight bucket) with a K0/Dax style combo speedo/headlight (reproduction units readily available and not expensive) when doing a restoration?
