Was finally able to give this a watch and absolutely fantastic job I must say!! I just received the last junior I needed today to complete my US junior collection and it makes me so excited to get to restore another one. They are one vac I don’t get tired of working on. Looking forward to seeing that pretty new Senior of yours!!

What a triumph of a restoration, excellent job. I remember the Hoover salesman coming to our house in 1959 and while he was talking to mum, I had this model out of its box and fully assembled. The guy was absolutely gob smacked, I was four at the time. My mum went on to buy the machine and she had that machine well into the nineteen nineties. My only wish is that I still had it, it and my aunts 652 in the same rose pink colour way

It was made in the Hoover factory in Perivale Greenford Middlesex. Model 1334 was in production from 1958 to 1962. My dad joined Hoover in 1958 and a Hoover Junior model 1334 was one of the first Hoover products he bought. We had it until 1971.

I just finally completed my collection of US juniors. I finally have them all and they are my favorite line of vacs. The 1330 is a great machine as well. I love the green but I will admit, I do wish we received the pink 1334 over it. Definitely restore your US junior. They are dead simple to restore and I’m sure will offer you as much enjoyment as I get from them.
