OMG Christine, thank you so much for the tips! I have curly hair too and I've been continuously struggling with my wet sets being too frizzy and making my hair ends dry and my hot sets losing shape quickly and still being too frizzy. I prefer wet sets in summer (because my hair dries overnight) and heat sets in all other seasons. The tight bun tip to straighten hair before curling is genius! Your channel is just GOLD, i enjoy it so much. Thank you so so much for taking the time to share! Sending my best wishes and gratitude from Lithuania.

You look stunning ! I think I'm too lazy for that, I prefer my foam roller and my wet set. But its a good option if I forgot To set ... I might give it a try! Thank you

I always wanted to know How long to leave heat styled curls before letting them lose. Today you told us to let them completly cool off. Then, for me 1 hour in Summer, and 5-10 min in winter... Heating is expensive in my country so que bundle up even inside the house in winter... Today was 4C= 39F

Currently stretching my hair and I have a good feeling about this set 🧡🧡🧡 Update: it was one of the best sets I've ever done. I still need to work on my brush out part... I also wanna attempt to use a heat styling cream to reduce my frizz a bit OOOOH Your thermal protector has hold!!! 👁👄👁 Interesting

I tried a heat set once, a few years ago. It didn't go well, I couldn't get the clips to stay in. This was my first ever attempt to set my hair, so wasn't surprised it failed. I had no idea what I was doing. I have a better idea now, after managing a fair few wet sets. Any tips for a total beginner? I have pretty much all the products I need, just need tips on technique.

@@TheGlambassador My main problem was getting the roller to stay in the clip. Every time I tried, it would just pull straight out. Any ideas? Thank you for trying to help me.
@TheGlambassador3 жыл бұрын
@@jenniferstone2567 I would try buying a new set of clips for your rollers. These are “claw-like” and hold pretty well. amzn.to/2SBlfh1

My hair is silver and down to my knees...........how would you fix it to look vintage. I don't cut my hair for religious reasons.

What barrel size curling iron did you use?
@TheGlambassador Жыл бұрын
I believe I used a 1.5 inch curling iron. It's about the same size and my hot rollers, so I tried to keep the sizing consistent.
