Love them lock back knifes. I have a Gerber USA lock back that I got back in 1992. You have inspired me to clean it up and carry it. Nice job bringing the knife back to life! 👍🔪

A beautiful little knife. Your blade work is artful. The wood looks like rosewood to me.

You have a gift for re-shaping these knife blades. I'm gonna have to get me a can of that Never Dull. Between you and ScoutCrafter, y'all are gonna make me clean up my garage and get back to cleaning tools/knives up!

Restoration job on that ol’ Gerber turned out nicely. By the way, many Gerber knives are still made in Portland, OR. Naturally, there are some made in China which are the more budget or entry level knives, but Gerber as a whole does not solely make knives in China which is good news for those of us who prefer USA MADE knives.

Very impressive since I thought you were making a mistake when fixing the blade. I thought it would be better coming from the bottom up. I think the blade change improved the looks of the knife.
