Good times- the antique spot was adorbs. If you flip flop again on the black sweater nautical motif, you could diy and dye just the nautical part black or charcoal to put emphasis back on the white stitching. Put coroplast or plastic under the motif so dye is only in that area. Maybe sponge the color on?? It is a nice looking sweater, the shoulder pads look good on it. Best of luck, always fun to see your mama.

It’s so cute there I am going to look into more antiquing here in nyc. It’s navy!! But that’s a good call it might be the starkness that kinda throws me off bc the rest I am obsessed with! I should look more into dyeing stuff, I never really have thought of it until seeing that bubble dress at and other stories haha. Thanks for watching and your support always 😊

Love the pieces you got! ❤ The pullover is giving a luxury take on the nautical theme, and I love that it’s 100% cotton. 👌 Looks great with the breezy white pants, and I’m sure you’ll find other ways to style it! Definitely resell it if you give it a chance but still don’t feel like yourself in it though. The crochet piece is very cute and looks like it was probably handmade (no tag)! 👏 Maybe hand sew on a little silver hook-and-eye below the bottom toggle? It would give you more coverage and would be easy to conceal behind the material along the hem.

Hook & eye is an excellent idea. That would solve the issue of bra peeking out. Easy fix.
