EXACTLY! It wld be PERFECT for a rental property down in MB- not to mention that filing cabinet was in Pristine condition. Those things are SO EXPENSIVE. Better yet, use it in one of the units to store inventory you want to keep protected, etc. I always am shouting NOOOO DONT THROW IT AWAY😂

All of that furniture is definitely sellable. Sauder is a good brand of “do it yourself” furniture. We had a few pieces & they lasted for many years. There are a lot of people that like to refurbish/refinish furniture so I think you won’t have any trouble getting rid of it all.

The furniture with the stain glass could be made by Stanley and that was high end back in the day. We had a piece handed down to us by my husbands dad that got ruined by a water leak and insurance paid to replace it and we ended up with $3,000 for it. So keep your eye out for the Stanley pieces. 😊

That furniture is worth more than you ever think it could be that white wicker furniture is a metal at bottom you have the mirror that goes to it you have everything that goes to that it's a set and you would be shocked at how much money you could get for it it will go for more money than the other set would but the other set will go for a lot of money too you need to be careful moving it like that though but I'm telling you I know about wicker furniture because I love it And I'm 80 plus years old and I just bought a piece about 2 years ago and I paid a small fortune for but some people love it because I do

I just got a storage unit for $390. Inside was 4 mixing sound machines ranging from $90-$450 each. (Resale price) 2 DJ Turntables. A brand new queen mattress & box spring still in the sealed bags. Washer dryer & fridge (a little old but working) and a nice small fridge/freezer like in a hotel. Xbox One Unused large igloo roller coolers 3 milk crates full of records, mostly 70s & 80s black rock & r&b artists. Lots of Cosby, Richard Pryor, & other good comedians too. Probably 120+ records total. Bass & acoustic guitar. 3 grills. And numerous other things. Pretty good score overall.

You can use Liquid Metal to fix the parts that are broken on the stained glass. 😉 Just buy a handful of new knobs and sell them as a set or let whoever buys the set do a fixer upper on them. ❤ No loss! People love to refurbish furniture!

I don't know what is available in your area, but many places have places where the unopened medical stuff can be donated. Some churches will also take it for their missions in Third World countries. I think the bird is an egret. The metal could be glued back onto the hutch and it just needs a little clip on the back to hold the stained glass in place, where it's pulling away. The Wine Things item is an oil/water lamp. Pull the wick assembly out of the top and fill it with lamp oil, leaving enough space for the wick assembly to fit back in. Yes, that's a cheap piece of furniture....when the bottoms of the drawers are made out of heavy cardboard.......................Spraypaint the wicker furniture white and you're good to go again. Cheap and easy. Good unit.

Please keep in mind when you unwrap furniture that is not your taste, that somewhere out there there are those (including me) that are just plain eclectic or resistant to change when it comes to trends.
