Do you know how many blocks wide and deep a boat needs to pass through? It might be fun to build some canals!

You should try one of the world gen mods, so you can have a world without all the pointy vertical spike like hills and floating clumps of land.

I've been testing the v1.20.0-rc.1 (without any mods) to see what it is like, and it's been pretty nice so far. Properly creeped out by shivers, too. Hate those things, the sounds they make. Good lord. I've noticed though that the traders don't have any names now. They're all just named Trader. And pineapple is still kinda broken? Buggy? Whatever. I harvested some fully mature pineapples, and didn't get any fruit, just the seed. I hope that gets fixed at some point in future.

Iirc I set my world to 70% and I do get a lot of big oceans. Sometimes I can go 2000+ blocks in one direction on my raft and never see a single piece of land. It kind of gives me continents with lots of ocean between.

When Ashantin was going thru the survival challenges, there was a setting at the very bottom of the screen that said 'allow time switching'. Does anyone know what that was referring to? Could it mean skipping the night?

@@amydartist9209 I have no idea. If you want to skip the night , in the left hand chat area (press t to get it up) just put in: /time set morning
