Never knew thermos made that heater. I’ve never seen one. But I do have a Coleman now you’re gonna make me dig through the garage and find out if I have the one that has the high low setting. I’ll be back.

I'd love to see the aluminum heater in action

The heater takes two Quarts of white gas to fill it. That is $7.00 of white gas. Thanks for stopping by and commenting. Every like and comment helps pay for the content.

@@Brisbanesdaddy The newer heaters do. But the tag says do not use Kerosene or leaded gas. It will ruin the heater.

And just like that, I’m back. Mine does have the high low setting which I thought it did but wanted to be sure. I haven’t used it in probably 10 years was a good heater for a little while until I got into the buddy heaters.
@badbadbob12 сағат бұрын
The buddy is safer for sure. How long did your heater work with a full tank?
@timgawlick410017 минут бұрын
@@badbadbob1 the body heater on 1 pound cans, last about six hours I think on high. The Coleman ice fishing heater I don’t remember how long that lasted on a tank quite a while for what I remember.

@@badbadbob1 The buddy heater with the dual burner, that takes two tanks. Or I can put it on a 20 pound propane. On 20 pounds of propane it’ll last almost 24 hours on high to heat the house.
@timgawlick410014 минут бұрын
@@badbadbob1 now you got me thinking about the Coleman heater. To go out and fill it up and fire it up. And find out how long it actually burns for on high. There’s only 5° here today.
@badbadbob14 минут бұрын
@@timgawlick4100 The propane is much easier to light and control too. One thing about the white gas stove. It is better to run them empty. The fuel evaporates from the tank in a short while.

The aluminum one would be ok on a stove top in an emergency situation
@badbadbob15 сағат бұрын
Yes in an emergency it would need a safe place to be.
