My “Reechit” was given to me around 1980, along with a pile of other used and abused tools. I was told it was a broken ratchet. What it actually is...is a 3/8 drive 90-degree extension with a 2-to-1 reduction gear. It had been packed full of dried out grease as long as I have had it. I carefully removed the cap over the gears and soaked it with WD-40 a couple of times. Then I picked out the "big pieces" with a wooden toothpick. I repacked it with Vaseline and put the cover on.

I have an old CP right angle adapter for impact tools, very handy

Me want it. 🔩 i was thinking preset torque wrench for a second, but the 3/8 receiver on the end and meaty head and turning handle begin to reveal it's true nature. Can you open it up to service it?
