I can smell the valves from here 😊 Still can't get used to seeing a DMM being use to meter out an old GEC. Used to think I was smart with my Micronta 22-204 😂

I think the deflection yoke or magnets need to be moved a few degrees. The image doesn't look perfectly centered to me. Check the Horizontal and Vertical Sweep circuits and the Power supply. There may be a bad Capacitor which is throwing off the linearity.

those white and blue caps are garbage , I have a philips tv 21 inch from the 70s that came with one of those for the boost voltage , it cracked, shorted and killed the lopt
