I think the family support is just awesome. That core is looking on point! Don't know much about the fat loading but im guessing because you already eat a healthy amount of fish a few extra egg fats wont make much difference. I was just going to say hit the sauna before you get spray tanned if your obliques look like they're holding water after keeping your legs up. If you dont want to sauna you'll have to load and cut water further out than you did at portugal. Best of luck.

That's sad that these althletes don't make or win more money for all there hard work, but u know u love the sport when ur putting ur own hard earned money into these comps, I hope u get ur qualifications Wesley, and I'm gunna look into grabbing some clothes and also look into what coaching looks like.... Best wishes my friend do it best to relax and go with the flow.... And I hope the judges reward and see the classical physic that u bring to the stage along with the posing and the improvements u have made.... And I'll tell u if u ever go to open the boys better watch out man cause boy u would be one scary deadly open competitor, it's sad cause I really believe u should be up there atleast in the top five

Aren't you concerned about the polymers in your plastic Tupperware that may simulate estrogen? Just because it is BGA free, there are still plenty of volatile components in the plastic.
@patrickbateman45413 жыл бұрын
Bpa free can be BPS instead, which is even worse lol

@@patrickbateman4541 figured as much. Change a branch on the polymer and now it is "safe"

@@entropicdoom8018 exactly. Tupperware Companies prey on the uneducated. Dr Michael Greger has a video how deep this stuff goes with bpa. It's a nightmare.

Wesley I think you need to train your neck, it's not matching your body
@RDS_Armwrestling3 жыл бұрын
It's all part of the Classiiiiic Illusion, whereby a shmaller neck will make the upper body APPEAR larger, and therefore, moooore Classiiiic. That's what bodybuilding is all about.

Don't want to make muscle ache?? That is what makes it grow🤨
@garuda43613 жыл бұрын
He means before the show, you don't want to break down muscles a few days before the show. But in your regular training yes of course you will break down the muscle and go for soreness. Just not pre contest.
@benjijoyce63763 жыл бұрын
Not this close to a show. The ache can come with intracellular water retention, leading to a smoother look on stage. Obviously, pain in the muscle can affect your posing too.
@redstang703 жыл бұрын
Lol a few days out from a show I'm pretty sure he's not trying to grow....
