I really like Wesley's physique and enjoy watching his videos. I have learned a lot from watching them. That said, I have this observation: Of the last 30 training videos he has posted, 14 have been chest, 10 have been back and only 4 have been legs. If he doesn't qualify, guess what the reason is most likely to be. Most of his physique update videos show his upper body. It's almost as if he is hiding his legs. There might be other reasons for not posting leg training videos, but I honestly think that until he places the same emphasis on his legs that he does on his upper body and until he takes as much pride in his legs as he does in his chest/back/shoulders, he will continue to run into the same obstacles on his road to winning the Olympia Classic division.
