He is singing Indian music made of of many ragas (mood of voices) which are basic building blocks of music. The music has no languages. It is divine. No religion, No boundaries of countries. But Some thing from Universal nature people called as God.

He is singing Raga Puriya, is often referred to as king of night Ragas. More impact-full if heard at evening or early night. It is difficult to assign single mood to this raga. Every transition in this raga captures a different rasa or emotion, it has mix emotions.

This was recorded when Rashid Khan was quite young, so that's why it doesnt seem to resemble his today's voice, but it is surely him

His voice has changed to expected extent over the years. Hearing him from late 80s. This probably was recorded in first decade of 21st century. HR may kindly illuminate. Plus it was not a studio recording, but a live concert where mufler was used after recording to filter background noise, thus imparting slight tonal difference in the sound.
