Wow! This is such an amazing class! I felt strong and centered after the class, and the hip mobility part was exactly what I needed as I'm sitting still all the time. I also love how you designed it to lead up to "scary" poses like the crow pose and preparation for hand stand. Kicking up to the air was really scary, but as I tried it, it becomes more acceptable. Thank you!

Has the be one of the most beautiful flows I've ever done. It has a rhythm that carries all the way through, it feels very musical and natural. Even though I can't get into crow to save my life, I managed to work through the frustration and fully enjoy the practice. Thanks again.

Hello Lizette! I was so excited about this new uploaded video. Even though my right hip is still pretty tight, I tried this class already and it's so great. I loved the transitions of the flow, very beautiful. I still cannot control my body weight very well but I always do my best and I'm happy with the progress since I started practicing with you almost a year now.
