Homeless Industrial complex at its finest, those Vets qualify for a HUDVASH it get processed in 3 months tops and they would be in a APT. That money could be going to first last and furniture. They are not permently out of homeless for life with a hudvash.

Well first of all these are men, surely they are ex construction workers that can fix things like roofs, plumbing, and kitchen appliances. Pay them ( and some will probably work for less than GCs) to fix the place, dont then try to find other places. FIX THIS PLACE Or get them the training and licenses to fix it.
