I’m from Detroit and I worked at a local record store in my small town called Hazel Park and, Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope would come in without their makeup on bought music. They were always quiet and respectful to the employees. Not a fan of their music but, as people they were always cool to us.

I've been to numerous JCW (ICP's wrestling promotion) wrestling events and met J afterwards numerous times. Got vip to meet him this Tuesday before his concert. He's a real cool guy in person behind the paint.

My first concert as a teen was a ICP show in Buffalo in 97. I was also really stoned for the fist time too. The whole experience and seeing them toss faygo all over. Made me a fan for years. I'll never forget that night. I started watching wrestling when it got big in 98 and when ICP came out on a WWF ppv. I was going nuts. As years gone by I stopped listening to them but I still remember the show and I always thought it was cool they crossed over with wrestling.
