Right!? I wanted it (I live in Australia) and I looked into it, $92. Are they out of their mind? 😦 I paid about $60 to get my morphe 35O palette from morphe. I know- crazy. But it was worth it But $92 for a palette? Hell no. Morphe 35O is $30 cheaper if you live in Australia. Get that one.

I did get the Holy Grail, but I wasn't impressed. I have all those shades... but the ones I have, like from Makeup Geek, Anastasia and many others... they're so much better quality! I also agree with the fact it's a $52 palette, you can go to Sephora instead and heck even more known brands like Jeffree Star, Makeup Geek and Morphe are far by cheaper, more known, better performing eyeshadows. I did buy both of these, as a makeup junkie myself I often get caught up in the hype of products and this why I mainly sought after and purchased these. I am happy with the quality and do think overall the quality is better than some of the morphe palettes I own but I had no idea that they were most likely made in a similar or the same factory as morphe. I'm happy I purchased them because I do love and use them but in the future I will definitely take this into consideration when buying from violet voss.

I was finally able to order the Holy Grail palette after their 4th restock AND THEN I learned about all the things you said in this video and I decided that the quality didn't fit the price, so I cancelled my order because I just couldn't justify the price given the details you mentioned. So after a hassle-free canceled order, they ended up sending it to me anyways (probably by accident). I've tried it and it's ok but I tend to agree with you on all the points you mentioned. I'm not thrilled with the ingredient list, I know it's made in China (and I consciously look to see that palettes are made either in USA, Canada, France or Italy) and it's cheap packaging and a high price tag for what you're getting. Beautiful pigmentation and selection of shades but I have all these colors in other palettes for sure. I would skip it too. Thanks for the honest review!!!! That means a lot to us, your viewers 👏🏼

The colors in the Holy Grail palette are gorgeous but I can't justify paying over $50 for this quality of palette, especially since I already own the Manny xMG palette which has the beautiful cranberry color I love. As always, great and honest review.

Like you said for that price you can get eye shadow palettes from Urban Decay, Too Faced, Lorac, Tarte, etc... They are way too expensive, not worth it. I was going to get them but I was waiting for your review and know I will definitely not get them, I would if they were more affordable.

morphe gets so much criticism but I feel they're the best quality larger palettes out there for a good price. pigmentation is awesome, color selection is insane, blendability varies but is generally good/great and they last all day with eye primer. I use my 35o every day for at least one shade. I wanna get more of their palettes

Although the size of the pans are quite large, for the price they were I was expecting a bit more I'm thinking about just selling it.

Another great honest review, and I agree with you. Lorac has parabens too btw..and tons of other high end products use talc, mineral oils and parabens. Some brands are changing formulations for the better and others don't seem to budge. I try to steer away from products with parabens and other junk regardless of quality, hype and color selection...I would love to own some of these cosmetic products but I won't give them my money for it because of the questionable ingredients.
