Still seem worth the $75k+ salary tho. Yea its fustrating but in comparison to other jobs where more manual labor is required for half this salary, its def worth it.

Dude, I'm telling you, you have the youtube personality, and thats something that comes naturally for you, and what other people try to do, and most fail. That voice, that direct voice, the pacing, the speech, and yes, the easy on the eyes looks. that confidence. And you got the right topic, tech. Dude keep it going.

Girl you have a lot of energy!! I am glad I found your channel. I think my love of continuous learning is what attracts me to this field.

I don't agree with the being sensitive part. Being sensitive and being open to feedback are two different things.

It's been my experience that most devs/engineers aren't always the most tactful or eloquent with their feedback. You need to be able to roll with that to some degree 🤷♂️
@akillutes62984 жыл бұрын
@@cloudyview I agree with you! A lot of people don’t know how to give feedback w/o understanding how someone came up that solution.

Awesome video. I couldn't agree more when you said you will constantly fail in this field. At first I though I just wasn't meant to be a developer. Then I realized you will never master everything and that constant failure is supposed to happen

your voice got progressively louder at the beginning. are you using an amplifier? Thank you for the tips! i would be very careful about saying the industry isnt for someone. there are people in my cohort who dont check a lot of the boxes you mentioned but theyre improving in it and will do well.

Hey, is there anyway to contact you? I'm currently applying to flatiron but I can't find any information on the part time weekly schedule. I'm trying to compare it to another program I applied to. Basically I wanna know if lectures are at a specific set time during the week for the entire duration of the bootcamp or if its a thing where you allot your own free time during the day to watch lectures. I want something thats structured and the same schedule every week.
