I'm a violist and I am still in school and I have been playing for the past 5 years. Everyone making fun of violists (even people I look up to in the community) and not seeing many other violsts around me really discouraged me and sometimes I wished I had just played violin because it might have been easier, but hearing you play such beautiful music really reminds me of why I love viola so much and encourages me to practice so one day I can be as talented as you! Thank you so much for some positive viola rep in the community!!!

I used to play Viola on the street in SF. Supported my young family until I started getting symphony jobs. Bach C Major suite mostly.
