Such a touching story that teaches us colour does not matter, wealth does not matter but integrity! Treat others the way you would like to be treated and the world will be a better place to live in. Promotion comes from God, our creator not from man.

This story reminds us that every person, regardless of their job or position, deserves respect and dignity. Seeing Kora's journey from invisibility to recognition is both inspiring and thought-provoking. It emphasizes that kindness and understanding can make a profound difference in someone's life, and that those who underestimate others based on their status or appearance may be in for a surprising lesson. Thank you for sharing such a meaningful and touching story. It’s not only entertaining but also offers valuable insights about humanity and resilience. Wishing everyone watching this video positivity and compassion in their lives. Let’s continue to support each other and cherish the kindness we can bring to the world.

Both are important, and both customers as well as staff are human and not perfectly aware. The manager’s message is valuable to prevent tendency of employees to argue and be “right” in judging customers. It is very hard to find employees who are pre trained and not defensive. The hotel owner is exceptional and employees should not expect that “being right” and judging customers are the path to success. Better is to be understanding and forgiving and have a sense of humor instead.

Blackwell was deliberately trying to get Cora fired, getting him wine, shining his shoes, cleaning the ashes on the carpet with her hands, ashes that he deliberately spilled on the floor, is not her job description, Cora works in housekeeping, let Thompson shine his shoe with his tongue, is he for real ? And Thompson should be fired., he only treated Cora that way because he can, and Blackwell deliberately left his wallet in the bathroom, God bless Marcus 🩵🩵🩵 the ending

Yea, stark truth about the treatment of frontline hotel workers not valued by those in authority. Ive been there and it happens! Heart goes out to all oppressed workers like Mrs Johnson threatened, and treated no better than slaves. Im still reeling with the horrible statement made, "if he wants you to clean his shoes with your tongue, you do it!" Im glad help found her in the Janitors closet. Beautifully narrated.

Many say this is a sad story --- People, why don't you look at the positive side? That the power-hungry have been "slapped" in the face and were taught with a lesson they will never forget in their lifetime? The story ends on a positive note, don't you think so? Don't dwell on the abuses that Cora has suffered, instead, rejoice in her being helped by Marcus, the decent, kind and compassionate hotel owner. Look at the positive side, not on the negative which causes you to feel anger and indignation... 😊

Being rich and obnoxious only makes us small in the eyes of those who really observe our behavior. It's like having wealth and having a feeling of insecurity at the same time . Even though blackwood was a millionaire he was in deed a small minded man and therefore a small man. Some men have money but no class. A person with class wouldn't behave that way even if he was being served by a blue person. He actually reduced himself to a level below Cora. It's unfortunate that some people never grow up. The behavior of the two men is juvenile to say the least. Did Cora have to work in the hotel industry? Couldn't she have thought of working even as a maid for someone? Cora should have realized that these men were just bullying her. Served them right
