I'm doing this aasan from last 12 years listening to Devi kavach and Hanuman chalisa, so doing for 25 minutes. I don't know it has these much benefits. Thanks for your video.

I have done this only for 3 days, but amazing benefits. My legs were heavy, now I can walk. No bathroom breaks at night. Back pain absolutely reduced. Wow. It’s really true😊😊

Just now i have. come across to ur video n believe mam i already knew abt this yogaposture before but the way u explained it's benefits nobody could n i would personally like to take yoga lessons from u . By the way i m a lady aged 46yrs .u may read Aarav Joshi above the comment but m the mom of Aarav. So ya i would really like to go for exercise cause at this age atleast everyone should start taking care of one's health n especially through yoga. 😊
