Careful if you are listening on headphones. Goenka's voice is mixed in the centre channel. This means after an hour of sitting, when he starts chanting, it will be inside your skull (if you have good headphones), or at least that is where your brain will tell you the sound is coming from. This is a bit much imo. Your mileage may vary.
