Kody, I SO agree with you that group therapy is crucial. My current therapists' office doesn't offer it, and I keep requesting it on evaluation surveys. My last group therapy was mixed, various mental illnesses, including schizophrenia. (I have major depresiive disorder, cPTSD and anxiety.) I learned so much from them and I hope they learned from me. Thank you for advocating! ❤❤
