The officers appeared to comply with their training. For every level of resistance, simply go to the next level of force. The knee strike was textbook in efficacy. Use of force isn't designed to be pretty. It is to gain compliance and potentially save lives and minimize injury, to both sides.

I done seen worse. Police come, let your body go limp. Don't move a finger. Spread your arms and legs and remain silent. Don't always work, but it's an start. Some situations it don't matter what you do. Some Police just aggressive. Just put it in God's hand and humble yourself. They deal with difficult and verbally abusive citizens all day.
