Great talk and book. She is a good speaker, but bounces all around, and is very distracting. We really don't know how to work together, and depersonalized automated systems can often make it worse. If you don't know where you are going, you usually end up someplace else. Working with CPS thru an ER required more skill and resources than it got and the false positives were not benign.
