Everytime I travel near Jarrett VA on I95, I think about the Virginian that travelled thru there on its way to Norfolk. Thanks for sharing

Are you sure this is from 1958? The Norfolk and Western Coaches and the N&W coal hoppers seems to suggest this was post the N&W buyout in 1959.

You are correct, upon re-examining the film. I discovered that it was manufactured in 1959. Thanks for the correction.
