With the Coronavirus outbreak ramping up I decided it would be a good time to pull some goose breasts out of the freezer and try a new recipe out. I had been wanting to making a pulled pork style wild goose recipe for a while since I had never really tried cooking waterfowl in a slow cooker or instant pot. I sure am glad I decided to try it though because the end product was absolutely delicious as a BBQ sandwich and hopefully will work well in tacos too. Hope y'all enjoy!
Ingredients :
4 Goose Breasts (cut off as much silver skin as possible)
1 Whole Chopped Onion
1 & 1/2 TBSP Chopped/Minced Garlic
1 TBSP Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
Enough Broth To Cover Breasts Inside Pot (Beef preferably)
