MidHeaven in Virgo - This video is spot on! I've always been interested in careers that help others. I start massage therapy school next week and I'm so excited to get better at my craft. I'm a very hard worker and extremely organized - my competition is with myself and I do not think I am better than anyone. My home is where I feel the most comfortable.

I'm a Virgo MC and also have Neptune in Capricorn in the 2nd house and for me most of what you say resonated, but I find that I strive to be incredibly successful in the world/my chosen career, but I want to remain anonymous. I don't want any of the attention, but I do want to be the best at what I do and to be successful doing it. At the same time, I don't feel better than anyone else. Everyone contributes in their own way. Though I also have Jupiter and Uranus in the 2nd house and Mars and my north node in the 10th house, so that could affect things as well.

I resonate. I feel for the people who don't have any planets in the 10th or focuses other than the sign Virgo, unless it's a super late degree one to which we know by looking at most "celebrities" or people in the public eye with late degree Scorpio or Sag rising, the ones who make it bigger in the public eye are the later degree Virgo MCs. By isolating the north node in the 10th, I'd say it would make it easier to reject a public life altogether. Mars there? Is that your chart ruler? If your rising is scorpio, damn, it's a real ego dilemma for to you to decide how to actualize your unique potential in career. If it's Sag rising, mars and north node there are an undertone that may be harder to consciously unlock, mainly because the neptune in cap as she mentioned in this video gives us a naturally illusive/abstract approach to life in the public eye. But that's why we have the north node (and saturn which the 10th is associated with)- it requires effort to *head* toward.

@@theastrokyd2114 Oh, very interesting! Thank you for sharing. I'm a sag rising at 5 degrees with pluto on top of it as well. My North Node is at 28 degrees (so on top of my midheaven) and my Mars is at 1 degree Libra. I definitely do have an abstract approach to life in the public eye and am hoping that when I succeed in the field I'm pursuing that I can stay away from any type of recognition. I'd rather be the king's advisor than the king haha Is your Neptune in cap as well?

@@katiagupta4727 Thanks for asking, i feel it always helps to type it out to face the reality of our placements. So, Neptune in Cap is sextile my ascendant in Scorpio. I have two highly neptunian parents (their neptunes impact my sun and mercury and they are both mars in pisces people). I would say with it being opposite my cancer mars in the 8th, growing up the natural need to express anger/rage was not alchemized healthily. Emotional expression in general was completely suppressed, only certain ones were acceptable to show. They were neptunized, and suppressed deep into the layers of the psyche, and the ego was destroyed as it was developing. I look at my mother's chart, and her mothers chart, and this is very much a generational pattern with Neptune. *Somehow* ended up as subservient, passive, a private mercurial person (MC in Virgo just like my grandmother, mercury locked away in the 12th same as my mother, who is also a virgo) due to the intensity of earliest projections, and a lifetime of emotion being highly obscure, thus perpetuating a lack of confidence and destroyed ego. Nonetheless, we are all here to learn this about ourselves and our lineage, to heal and to do better for ourselves. All of it this makes me an incredibly unique and natural artist, music in particular being the thing i'm best at, art of any kind is the best therapy and reality often is difficult to face, learning to find my voice in the collective, all of these themes. ....

Great job. ❤ That’s true. I feel stuck in some sort of low status energy, no matter what I achieve. Even if I were to get my law degree or doctorate, I would end up being/feeling stuck in some low status energy. I used to beat myself up for this, but now I know better. However, I can tell you that there’s something deep in my spirit that is screaming to break out, but it feels like a concrete wall blocking my efforts.

very good. as an astrologer for yrs with this placement, you are spot on. No planets in the 10th house/Sun in 6th house tho :p and when I worked, coworkers and bosses were amazed by my level of detail attention so effortlessly. BUT I hate being a clog in the machine and I think that's a lot to do with north node in my 4th house. I love being a homeworker, not working for "the man", I'm benefiting from my effort. Also, I'm known as the "angry zen fairy" bc I can totally call it out bluntly (virgo) with tons of empathy (pisces)

Great presentation ! Do you have an opinion about the personal angles at the anaretic degree ? I have my midheaven at 29°14' Virgo. I think I feel that "last degree" quality. Perhaps even more so in regards the IC at 29°Pisces. [> Either I felt like I didn't want to enter the world, or my mother didn't want me to, .... during those last few minutes. 😉]
