Viridiana une la tradición con un sabor de película

El restaurante Viridiana lleva casi cuarenta años alimentando a los estómagos más exigentes en un Madrid muy cambiante. Su éxito se debe a la personalidad arrolladora de su fundador y cocinero: Abraham García. En la carta de Viridiana encontramos alta cocina realizada con los productos tradicionales de la tierra seleccionados por su calidad y fusionados, en ocasiones, con sabores que recuerdan a México o a otras culturas de las que bebe el chef.
Viridiana es un viaje en el tiempo cinematográfico y un homenaje al director de cine Luis Buñuel, cuya filmografía se aprecia no sólo en el nombre del restaurante sino en toda su decoración interior.
Por su parte, La Comala es un nuevo restaurante Mexicano que García ha abierto junto a la plaza de Neptuno y que también juega a la fusión con sabores de otras partes del mundo consiguiendo un resultado extraordinario.
