The Yakuza Series Collaboration Pack is available on December 8th, 2021, on PlayStation 4! 👊
Customize your fighters with 650 customization items and unique costumes from both the Yakuza and Virtua Fighter series. Along with new character costumes, players will be able to enjoy music straight out of the Yakuza series as they compete to become the next Virtua Fighter legend.
In addition, this new DLC includes newly arranged music from Virtua Fighter 3 and additional stamps to hype up fights in Spectator mode.

Except for 3. VF3TB was never asked for it to be the way it was lol. I’m down for every AM2 engine based game to have some rerelease on Steam. VF2/kids/4/5, Fighting Vipers, Fighters Megamix, Sonic The Fighters, etc.

@@Gigantemanatee I'd take it though! Not really the same but it may be my favorite game of all time so I'd settle. You can actually find the PC version for free, and there's a really great mod, I believe it's called FXT mod, that updates a number of things, adds wheel support and has a track/race editor. If you're missing the game like I was definitely check it out. It's amazing..... but they should still re-release it or make a sequel. I'd kill for a Yu Suzuki race game collection.

@@carlosalvarado7887 Probably because Sony likes to buy exclusive rights to certain titles as if they can't make their own exclusives, even though they can and already have. Take "Ape Escape" for example. That game was made by Sony themselves as a PS1 exclusive 3D platformer in the same vein as Super Mario 64, and it was a great way to demonstrate the capabilities of the Dual Shock controller. And instead of pumping out new games for the series, they've abandoned it like a lot of their other IPs, and instead relied heavily on buying exclusivity rights for certain games from 3rd party developers. And while Microsoft does the same thing, I'd argue that series like "Halo" and "Forza" are more than enough to convince people to buy an Xbox. And as a hypothetical situation, if Sega were still making consoles, I guarantee that their in-house exclusives would be way more varied and interesting than what Sony has to offer on both PS4 and PS5. And Nintendo... well, you know. The point is, because of all this, I can't really support Sony if they're going to keep pulling this crap. If they make a new "Ape Escape" for PS5, then maybe I'll consider it, but for now, I'm sticking with Xbox and Nintendo.

Yeah, would be good for us that don’t have online for one reason or another and just enjoy playing the game as a casual... Heck at this rate they could make this a bigger game content wise than any of the other previous VF releases, just slam it all on a disc and sell it to us as the ultimate VF physical version. Although I do appreciate that we have this digital version at all to be fair and the continual updates they have put out is amazing.

This is cool and all. Bit, the FIRST DLC WE ALREADY PAID FOR said it contained hundreds or thousands of customization items. Most at first figured the rest would be added freely for those who purchased it because clearly there was a fuckton missing. Now it's like "lol jk" you get more of the pieces promised on the first dlc you bought when you buy this one. I understand the Yakuza stuff, but the stuff that was in previous VF fighters was supposed to be gained by purchasing dlc pack 1.. no?

Although I personally and more interested in a Sonic Adventure 3 Sonic Adventure 2 being played the best Sonic Adventure game they ever did I also think a Sonic maker game similar to Mario Maker where you make your own levels only in the Sonic Universe of course people would appreciate it don't know necessary if it would make as much money as Mario Maker did of course but I believe a lot of people were on the Sonic bandwagon around my age group and will probably appreciate it I know I would download it to see what levels people created but I'm not going to stay in tonight and I was a huge fan of this when I was younger in fact it's the reason why I failed out of school completely once this game came out that's how good video

That's never going to happen. The creators of the yakuza series have said the real reason why they never added Kiryu to a fighting game is because they don't want him to fight women.
