A good teacher is someone that can translate complex technology into simple ABC for the common man to understand. And you sir, are that someone.

Not really. He seems to think simplifying means making things more vague. He leaves a lot of important holes in his “simplistic” outline, without which none of this makes any sense

The question is: Are there the same limitations for Software (especially Microsoft Software) as in common Terminalserver? In Terminalserver old Office Packages like 2007 are blocked at running, and you would need special Volume licenses. What about VDI in this case? I mean there are several Virtual Windows 10-Desktops, so can I install and run Office packages that are blocked in the traditional Remotedesktop-environment?

What is it that you need in order to access VDI if you have a computer with nothing. No OS, no storage..no cpu...what then..how does that work

Whoah! Very vague explanation. You’re using terms “image” and virtual machine” interchangeably. Isn’t an image is a large blob of data with a snapshot of complete system with OS stored in persisten memory, a virtual machine is a running set of processes based on an image? That’s just one area of confusion. Then how can servers clients use the same VM simultaneously? How does the separation happen? Are they different pods on one node?? Please clarify.
