My problem is my computer has the French keyboard and in exam there is a physical Indian keyboard 😂

Yup! We have to use both physical keyboard (for typing in general) and virtual keyboard (for french accents) 🙈which is a task 😄

Cant we use alt codes ?

@@tanusharma01 thnks for your response.... I have taken my TEF exam recently ... Scored b2+ in all the sections except writing ... I have used alt codes in writing ... As per u, it is not enabled in their system... But when I typed alt codes ... I could see the accents on my screen ... Why so mam ?
