I remember this show. It's scary how all the tech in this show is as antique as that view master...and I remember when it was new.

You might joke about it, but this blew my mind in 1993.

It's amazing to think that the fundamental principles did not actually change. We still use today what they talked about, but technology has been simplified so much that we use these things on a daily basis. Simulators are still a bit expensive, but probably will be more accessible in the future, if VR reaches the masses. That's exactly what I would like to do with my channel as well. I want people to share with me my passion for VR, because it's absolutely fantastic! Great video, thank you very much for posting!

10 bucks says the guy shut his eyes during the "simulator" segment to avoid eye pain and puking.

I remember when I was a kid, I had a Apple M0001A Macintosh. I was so blown away by it, it had so many awesome games and IT TALKED. I thought I was so technologically advanced. Now today kids have iPhones at 9 years old, where did the time go?

0:52 Not one from '93, but wait a couple of decades for the Rift and the Vive. On second thought also wait for better hand manipulation, the current set of on rails or standing still gameplay is also quite limiting.

You remember the days as we used PCs with stuff like quadcore CPUs with just a hand full of GHz and Graphics where limited to processing power? We had to look at stuff likes screens to see the pictures......... To bad the people of this time don't experience our brain connected Pocessors that send inputs for vision and sound directly in our heads......
