Hi, thanks for commenting. I'm glad you enjoyed the video and having a running partner during your workout. Each video has me pounding away beside you while we discover a new location, in this case a combination of beach and foreshore paths. I was of two minds whether to accelerate or slow done for the surfer; I was happy with option B. At 194cm and 100kg I'm hard to miss but they didn't look up. Take care.

There is nothing like listening to the natural sounds. I attempted to complete another run there last month but it rained continuously. You may enjoy the natural sounds at Mon Repos. Take care.

Don’t worry about your pace; it’s your fitness plan and your end results that are important! Like Queensland CA is such a huge State but people forget it’s made up of thousands of environments. Sam, same here. I think my treadmill is around 14-15 years old. With the stress it gets from a 100 kg on it most weeks it should have died years ago. If you can’t run outside you can at least watch outside. Thanks for commenting

Absolutely fantastic. Sitting on the other side of the world (Isle of Wight, UK) I’ve never seen all around where you went. It’s great to take a very close up and detailed look around where normally KZbinrs can’t be bothered to go. That is a seriously good stabilizer to hold that as steady as it was whilst running all those miles, fantastic. I really enjoyed this. Thank you so much for doing this video, brilliant.

Matt Clelford, you are too kind with your words but thank you! My missus will say it consumes too much of my time but it’s an enjoyable vice. We have/had planned 4 weeks in BC in a few months. I had runs planned all over the place. We’ll see where we end up when this is all over! Unfortunately it’s beach or park runs for the next few months in my part of the world. Like everywhere else we have isolation to remain in our residence unless for specific reasons and only for a reasonable time period and travel. We’ll all fight this together... or at least to keep some sanity!

Firstly thank you for supporting and enjoying the channel and taking time to comment. Unfortunately at the moment I only place them of YT in 4K resolution. I know that YT stripes a lot on metadata out of all videos to reduce volume size. It has been something I have been considering though.

I’ve been attempting to return and complete additional runs on the coast but either weather or Covid interfere when I’m in the area. Anything particular at Broadbeach? Through the mall or passing the surf club?

The Gold Coast videos were shot using a GoPro 6 and feiyutech gimbal. No large production company or equipment. The current GoPro 8 produces some amazing results on its own.
