Complete a virtual run of Main Beach Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, for 40 minutes. On a mid-Autumn morning we’re going to run north on the beach for 23 minutes. On our return leg we’ll follow the coastal paths before returning to the beach. A scenic beach run on a beautiful morning with other people exercising - what more could you ask!

Glad you enjoyed it. The Gold Coast is a wonderful place to complete some exercise. I agree with no music throughout the videos. It is my personal preference that if I want to take inside outside I want to hear the ambient outside world.

The first thing I like to do in a new location is lace up the shoes and explore! About the water, I didn't think about that! In April on the Gold Coast the water is still pleasant enough to swim in.

Well you are a long way from Australia! I guess you would also have beautiful beaches and great water temps for swimming and other water based activities. In this crazy Covid time the channel statistics are providing me proof that we are all fighting this and moving forward. During the last month there have been hundreds of additional views from countries that have been having a terrible time; France, Italy, Spain, Poland, UK, Germany, Russia, Ukraine, Japan, Canada and the US to name a few. There has not been a lot of coverage on how the 'Americas' have been going but people from Argentina, Brazil, Peru and Mexico are tuning in. I'm receiving many positive comments from people that this little channel is helping them stay sane and keep their fitness up. Take care

I suppose she did plan on some crazy person running with a video camera. I'm a little hard to miss at 194 cm. I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Main Beach is a great location and there is something to look at on the pathways as well.
