First time using a running video. It was great! It keep me in the run and not thinking about this Devil's Sidewalk. Did I run 3.3 miles? No, but I ran most of it with only three 1 minute walking breaks. I'm hooked!

The perfect 30 minute running video: No stopping or cuts, just steady continuous running. A good steady pace, no big hills or stairs, no drastic detours around people, nothing that might distract us from our workouts. Also a good variety of scenery and running surfaces (tree lined paths, sidewalks, scenic buildings, a little stream flowing alongside, nice people that stay out of your way, dogs, golfers, etc). Just a pleasant run in a nice place. I’ve watched many treadmill videos, and this is #1 in my book!

I really enjoy your videos. They help keep up the tempo of running. However, the song around the 10-11 minute mark is very irritating. Sounds like someone doing a weird burping in their chest repeatedly. Very off putting and I almost changed the video. Other than that I enjoyed the run
