Virtual Shipmate: Heather Crane

Yesterday Phil was sailing for Virtual Shipmate Heather Crane, who has accepted the One More Step Challenge (www.sailforepi..., choosing to do something to live a fuller life.
She loves to cook but has been nervous about it since developing myoclonus (a sudden involuntary muscle jerk, shake, or spasm). However, she has signed up for a cooking class that starts in July! We applaud you Heather for your bravery and can’t wait to hear how the classes are going!
