@@What.its.like. This was another great video. And for me just hearing a tad bit of the horns, I knew what song it was. Even though it's a cover, The Beatles did a great job with the song.
@8176morgan Жыл бұрын
@@Vampirebear13 The Beatles did the original version of that song which has been covered by many artists and those horns heard on the clip comes from their version which was played by a couple of session trumpeteers.

Back when I was a kid growing up in Massachusetts, on several occasions I visited the Larz Anderson Museum in Brookline, which is just outside of Boston. It is billed as "America's Oldest Car Collection". He and his wife began retiring their old cars to the carriage house with their earliest automobile being an 1899 Winton Runabout. When she passed away in 1948 she bequeathed not only their complete collection consisting of 32 vehicles but their entire estate including their mansion to the town of Brookline. When I visited there in the late 1960's and early 70's they had on display a Tucker Torpedo and also Hitler's Mercedes limousine touring car. Those are both gone now but they still have many other unique autos on display including many from the original collection. I hope that you will get the opportunity to do a video tour of that museum someday because it is a marvel to behold and your viewers will undoubtedly be very impressed by it all.

WOW!! So much auto eye candy!🤩 So much to choose from, it's even hard to put them in any order, but I think it would be the Delage, the Tatra, the '41 Lincoln Cabriolet, the Packard 12, the Rolls. 😎 Video

I wanted to do a overview on the Tatra so bad if I could just choose one car out of that one room it would be that one but the museum doesn’t allow you to sit in any of those cars or do any other guy box tests or etc. if I ever get the opportunity to showcase that car I wanna do a proper. Crazy thing is that wasn’t The room with all of the most expensive cars there was a room that I was in yesterday that must’ve had at least at the very least $30 million worth of cars each car and there was worth a minimum 1 million I might do that room tomorrow I’m not sure I’m talking Duesenberg, stutz, largo, Delage, packards auburn super charged speedster that room was absolutely incredible they also have a 1937 Studebaker coupe express my favorite pick up truck ever made (which is more or less a car with a pick up truck bed attached to it) I love your choices great choices glad you dig this episode it was like going to car heaven. This was the second time I’ve ever been there I was there once last year I might try to go back up there is the same distance there as it is to classic auto Mall

Hi Jay!: Well we must be related or something! My Top three from the museum was the same as yours, even to thinking the Delage might be a replacement for the BEAUTIFUL Packard V-12 Coupe! REALLY enjoyed this episode! I, too am a Delahaye fan! I too was surprised to see a TATRA!! Good Greif! If I ever get that far North again, will FOR SURE check that museum out! I was also glad to see several Wills Sainte Claire cars there. Their overhead cam sixes and v-8's were ahead of their time, and they were made in Marysville Michigan. I believe that there is a museum dedicated to the cars in that city. C.H. Wills was a brilliant engineer. There has been a book written about him that I read, pretty good book too.

Your right about that Tatra - that is so cool it hurts. If somebody just made a duplicate of that body I would buy it. You must do a full tour of this thing.
