We married in 2018. My husband had his interview Aug 30 2021. They think our marriage is fraudulent (despite a ton of evidence otherwise)and our case was sent back to the NVC, then the USCIS. We haven't heard anything for almost two years. I have asked a senator to help us but all NVC would say is our case will be reviewed in the order it was received. I did my IR interview last month 15th may, consul Officer requested for a few documents and said to me she Will put it on AP and when I submit documents it will be processed and she said I can submit at anytime, but I submitted it after two to three weeks due to shipping of some the documents from my spouse, I submitted documents on 6th may 2024, my case date was updated 07th may and 9th may but still says REFUSED on status, is it a good sign on my application?

Hi. I attended the US consulate about 8 months ago for non immigrant visa application (J1). About 10 days ago, I received an email from the consulate regarding my visa application processing is completed. So, I have been asked to send them my passport. After 1 day, my visa status changed to Administrative processing and on the next day, my status changed to refused again, similar to administrative processing period. Earlier today, I received an email from the consulate that they submitted my documents to the Post. However, my status remained "refused" and did not change to "issued". What should I do now?

Hello Sir, please my wife did her interview two weeks ago and it was approved. She was given the famous white paper and was never told about any administrative process or ask for more documents. I emailed the embassy and I was told when the visa is ready she will be emailed, that right no, it’s on an administrative process. My 2022 tax didn’t uploaded due to technical difficulties before the interview. It was after the interview that I re-uploaded it successfully and it shows submitted whereas before it was showing uploaded. Please what does this means and what can I do?

Hello, I checked and my wife’s application says “Ready,” but she already did the interview. The interview went well and she was approved. No refusal or administrative process was said to her. She was told, “your visa is approved.” It has been two weeks now no passport back. I emailed the embassy and I was told the visa application is on administrative process. I’m confused. She was told approved and was never asked for any extra documents or administrative process. The only thing I’m thinking and please let me know if I’m wrong. My 2022 tax transcript was not uploaded on the day of the interview due to technical difficulties. She gave them the 2022 tax transcript and they make a copy. After the interview I tried uploading it again and it was successfully submitted. Could that be the reason? When is the right wait times before I get a lawyer like you involve?
