good yap sesh, the screaming event was so funny 😂, didn't know about that haahhahha it must've been hilarious and cathartic. do you know if more of those spawned because of yours? aside from the "event organizer" job offers lol the part about "singapore has its best years ahead" and how SEA in general is handling the internet better than EU/US is really interesting to hear as a (mostly) european. I think just the fact that you believe that is powerful in itself, here in europe (or, well, to not generalize, spain where i'm from, germany where i'm going) the vibe is certainly not "the best years are ahead" and i think that takes a toll on people's souls. Even though you're just one person with one opinion i think you speak from having observed your surroundings i'd say the overall "vibe" there is much more positive than the vibe here (even if on the ground/mainstream media doomerism can be similar throughout regions) and for the parts that concern me personally in the "yapping business", i think this talk was a nice moment to reflect on how i'm balancing my "yapping" and my "analysing" and i think i'm doing way too much yapping and way too little analyzing lol. i refuse to be grouped with "the clueless" players simply bc of vibe reasons LMAO but i am probably acting way more "cluelessly" than "seriously". I will say that "yapping kinda cluelessly but not quite fully clueless" still has some benefits, but there's tension and frustration in playing like that. It's not really "in the middle", "ayy lmaoing" between "playing cluelessly" and "playing too strongly, crashing and burning" benefiting from compounding growth + hacking media etc, it's off balance.
