Sir, I really enjoy all your videos. I would highly recommend you to try the unique dishes in West Bengal which you can't find anywhere in India. Try sukto, kachkolar kofta, dumurer ghanto, Lau chingri, icharer tarkari, various types of saag, patoler dorma, aloo posto, etc. Please find someone who knows where to get these foods. I want people to know about true Bengali cuisine (not just rasogolla) through your channel. Because you are the best.
