Hi. My fianceé lives in Nigeria and I've met him twice. I will make another trip during Xmas. Although we have a age gap, I still want to bring him to the USA, for we have a bonified engagement. Your thoughts?

Congratulations on your engagement !! If you intend to submit immediately upon your return from your Xmas trip, it is best that we start working together a few months earlier, in order to get the logistics out of the way, to review your evidences from prior trips, and to arm you with detailed personalized checklists of what to do and what to bring back that will help your case to approval and allow filing right upon your return.

Sir if I have been in a long distance relationship with my partner I met online over a year or two,and applied for a K1 visa, would our chats and calls be enough evidence if we don't have pictures together? Please reply to me. It's important
@Visacoach5 жыл бұрын
Depends on the reason for no photos. If because of no in-person meeting, then you have not met the in-person meeting requirment and the application will most likely be denied. If there is a reasonable reason, the PERHAPS your evidences might be enough. I spend a lot of time and care going over my couple's evidences, choosing the best pieces to tell their story. It is a complicated and considered process and that is a primary reason my success rate is so high.

Hi,I met my fiance on dating site and we have been chatting since February this year, On April he came to visit me and he engaged me as well. Would my Visa be denied?

Just the fact that you have chatted for 5 months, and met once, is not enough information to judge whether or not your application would be approved or denied. Every story has a RAINBOW of facts and events. What you did, and what is presented to the reviewing officer, draws a much fuller picture for him to base his decision.

To be a sponsor she need to show steady and verifiable income. The longer she is in her new job (and she keeps her job) by the time financial docs are submitted at the consulate, then the better. Typically of this is a new job, or first job, it's best she has worked at it long enough to show that she can keep the job. Usually 6 months is a safe rule of thumb.

The US sponsor applies here in USA. Eventually you are interviewed (alone) at the US embassy nearest you, financial eiligiblity is tested by what income or assets your US fiance has, not what you have. If you apply for a fiance visa you do NOT get married first. You only marry after arrival to the USA.

Hoping for your reply sir..thank you.
@Visacoach7 жыл бұрын
Depends on what you mean by "in advance" and which countries. Typically police clearances are only good for 6 or 12 months, so you don't want to get them earlier than that. In addition sometimes the consulate insists to have a "fresher" PC. Some countries will issue PC without proof that the US consulate is processing your immigration case, but some other countries will need to see proof, such as correspondences from the consulate that state that a PC is required.

There is no requirement to have a professional help you. Many do it themselves, and many are successful doing it themselves. Its a complicated process however and easy to make mistakes that cause delays and even denials. I support my clients from begining to end and I am confident that they trully benefit by my efforts. I know that the applications I produce are light years ahead of what (even the smartest of DIY applicants) could do themselves.. I charge only $795 and that is a bargain that enables my clients to sleep soundly while we pursue their visas.
