Dorms are pretty rare here. Most Italians live with family as far as I am aware. But there are some student residences off campus

Hold up, I’m confused. So say you get accepted and do all the enrollment by October 8 and you’re supposed to be in Italy by October 30, because school resumes early November. Do you apply for the residence permit when you’re in your home country or when you get to Italy
