Hi, just checking i am PR in canada and due to house fire accident my old Indian passport was burnt and new passport was applied the old passport had us visitor visa apporved after interview and is still valid till 2031 as per scanned proof i have for the visa. How can i apply the visa on new passport without interview? I got to know dropbox appointment can you confirm if that is correct ?

Very nice information. My B1/B2 visa will expire in Aug 2025. I visited US only once in 2016 for official purposes for a month. I dont have any plans to visit US in near future but do you suggest I apply for renewal in the next 2-3 months itself a year before expiration? I just want to reap the benefit of interview waiver at the earliest before either it gets tough or whatsoever. Kindly advise.

Is my understanding is correct? As per the confirmation letter, i can submit the document in any of the 5 VAC or Paid drop off locations irrespective of the selected location of the appointment!!

You don’t have to give an interview if you are eligible for interview waiver. You have to mention the countries you have visited in last ten years in DS 160 form. Thanks
