Your visceral organs, such as your liver, large intestine and kidneys, need to be able to glide and glide next to other organs. Organs that are “stuck” together is due to the fascia being too tight, dehydrated and stiff. Fascia is like the divider between different structures in the body. We want our fascia to be hydrated, fluid, and gliding.
Your visceral organs must also be able to expand and contract, especially your digestive organs, in order to accommodate and propel food down the system.
This visceral massage with the Coregeous ball (thank you Jill Miller!) is a great way to release tension in the body, and improve your visceral mobility! #myofascialrelease
Simply lay on your side with the ball between your rib cage and pelvis. Breathe in and out into the ball, slowly.

Love your content! Thank you. What about laying on the ball face down. I seem to get some traction in my low back and relax my stomach, which is always tight and painful.

@traciestafford700 Thank you so much Tracie for watching my channel videos :). Yes - laying on the ball face down is also a great option! I also demonstrate that in a few other videos, which I can link below :). Feels really good, especially for massaging the abdominal wall and visceral organs :)
