Have to tell you, I tried Visible and regret it. Things worked well for 3 weeks then my eSim card malfunctioned. I have no service and no promise of service anytime soon. The issue has been escalated. My follow up to determine the progress was met with "hostility" and I was told the engineers would get to my as soon as they could. That's ok but its been hours and no contact from them. I have business appointments to confirm and no service. I must find yet another carrier. The customer service was ok until there was a real problem. Then it was totally unacceptable. Like anything, some have good experiences, some don't. Glad you are having a good experience...mine is anything but. I enjoy your channel and your suggestions. Good information!

I just joined the party thank you . But I am getting very low speed and tested download speed and it is less then 5mbps. Any suggestions?

Think that is normal. It really depend on the cell tower and how congested it is. During the day time at home, i get speed around .5mbps to 20mbps. Sometime the .5mbps speed would last a couple of hours sometime not. But around 10:30 pm to 11 am the next day i get around 130mbps. If u got a phone that support the new C band though, supposely it make visible really good. I heard people be getting constant 100+mbps throughout the day. Your tower need to have been upgraded to that new C band too though.

I probably wouldn't risk it. I would only transfer to compatible devices after checking on Visible's website.

I have been on Visible for 2 months. In that time, I have had data drops to the point of it not being usable. Calls and text are fine. Just data is so slow you may as well be on dial up. But that is being too nice. At least dial up will load a page.

Yeah, sounds like you need a new service if customer support can't help you out.
