In this video I discuss how to develop and implement a process that moves you forward in your career and life. Often we get stuck in a rut and just go through the motions of work and life. By having a process and system we can move towards our goals and dreams by having a vision that includes steps that will advance us in the right direction.

Tom Stephenson is a national award-winning professor (George Brown College, University of Toronto) and best-selling author whose background in education spans nearly three decades. His diverse teaching disciplines include construction project management, business management, human resource management, architecture, carpentry, and brick and stone masonry. I’m targeting to start my own construction company here in the Philippines this year and this was quite helpful in creating a framework to help me manage my fears on the uncertainties of being a contractor. Mine is : Do more in 2024. Clear the backlog! C-Clean up! L-Learn it! E-Exercise 2x/day! A-Add to my savings consistently. R-Read all of the books! I have heard there are agencies that provide remote PA or administrative assistants from India and the Philippines, which are both countries with high-level English speakers. You can conduct Daily Huddles with them over the Internet. Consider retaining your own admin assistant regardless of what your job provides. Thank you for sharing, Prof. Stephenson. Toyota Housing Corporation has nice examples of pre-fab, earthquake resistant, green homes. The only issue is that they do not seem to have many craft type built- ins like cabinets, bookshelves, closets, pantries, or sideboards. Hmmm.@phensontraining
