Paul Bettany has stated (post-WandaVision) he loves the character's poignant complexity - and he certainly isn't done exploring him. He and Kevin Feige left the character at a new jump-off point as WandaVision ended which basically opens the doors to any new adventures in VisionQuest and future Avengers films.

Presumably White Vision can bypass any firewall on the planet, including Wakanda's systems. So considering White Vision inherited the original Vision's complete memories and experiences -- which Wanda absorbed from the Mind Stone as she tragically destroyed the stone and Vision, White Vision is now aware that Shuri (just barely) completed an elaborate synaptic refactoring on the original Vision. He can access that new spec and integrate it. Definitely better than SWORD's crude rebuild and reboot. Shuri found a way to synergize Vision's Mind Stone-enhanced components into a collective synaptic array. In a way, she accomplished through tech what Wanda did through magic and Mind Stone cosmic power in preserving a complete "image" of Vision. It's hard to say if Shuri's scan and re-spec would offer White Vision more than what the Mind Stone 'image' Westview Vision was able to transfer to him, but White Vision would certainly be curious to find out. To reiterate, White Vision could likely bypass even Shuri's best firewalls to access the synaptic refactor scan files that she recorded during the events of Infinity War. (Presuming Shuri did not delete those files. Given her fastidious scientific personality, the Vision scan was likely a goldmine of AI R&D -- after she returned from the Blip, it's almost certain Shuri re-opened the files to use parts of it for her own new local AI assistant system). Edit: TL;DR: The data from Shuri's Vision system scan and 're-wire' in Infinity War is probably still intact on her servers, and White Vision would probably like to take a look at it...

Not everyone watched the show. + it could have had some great extra emotional scenes that the filmed needed. Both vision and Pietro could have been better and add more to the story than those meaningless cameos.

To all the conspiracy theorists, Marvel is just uploading the already produced Disney+ shorts that they did not upload to KZbin during their original run like they have done recently, Guardians 3 being an obvious example. Iron Man/Tony Stark & Captain America/Steve Rogers doesn't have a MARVEL Studios: Legends (Disney+) episode. MARVEL Entertainment (KZbin) began releasing eps of MS:L (S2/E1,2&3) "Ant-Man", "Wasp" and "Hank & Janet". That said, most likely the next ep to be released on MARVEL Ent (YT) will be MS:L (S1E3) - "Falcon".
