I spent whole summer working out (against air).i came back and first week i felt really bad,i felt like i had no progress,but then a few weeks passed,i finnaly started using new techniques in game against REAL players and i got better.so its REALLY important to also play the actual game rather than workout all day by yoursef.Amazing video btw
