Samuel you're doing excellent camera work. I especially enjoyed seeing your drone skills progress. You're a fast learner to add such beautiful images to your video repertoire. Audrey you have gift for personal communication with your audience! I had long career training and public speaking. I know good pacing, sentence structure and sincerity. Madam, you have all that and somehow the energy to do it. I dig your editing skills and establishing a flow for the story. With gratitude for your gifts, Byron Lee

Maybe the colors you were chasing or the star gazing/astro photography weren't as good as they could have been, but the quail and duck dishes looked mouth wateringly perfect! Just wanted you to linger longer with the sauce with a nod to the Canadian maple. 😛
@samuelandaudrey6 жыл бұрын
Thank you! We could eat maple all day long! Do you have a favorite dish with that?
@andgainingspeed6 жыл бұрын
Samuel and Audrey - Travel and Food Videos - Favorite dish with a sweet sauce? Or a favorite dish with a maple flavor? The former would be French fries with catsup, although a main would be fried pork cutlet with tonkatsu sauce. The latter would be pancakes with maple syrup. Yeah I love the low end of the price spectrum. Although any pairing of the savory, sweet and smokey is a huge win. I'm very excited for your Japan trip. I stayed in Osaka for three weeks last year and used it as a base for the region. Osaka is foodie heaven and Kyoto is so beautiful. I stayed in Tokyo for 4 weeks in 2012 and while it is a world class city with everything that comes with it (plus some amazing baseball in the region) I think I prefer the festivals and the general vibe in the Kansai region more. It will be interesting how you spend your unscheduled final portion of your trip.

Just a technical question, do you define on youtube that the video title is translated to the viewers language? Because I see a slightly off German translated title. I have to guess what the original title is 😂
@samuelandaudrey6 жыл бұрын
Thanks! That is a great question. Firstly, the English title is Visit Quebec Road Trip | Eastern Townships Travel Guide. We do have some of our videos translated from English into other languages but unfortunately these are mostly auto-translates. If you're watching say an English or a Spanish video but using German KZbin you can scroll to the very bottom of the video (if you're using Google Chrome) and you'll notice a KZbin icon with language and home country. If you change your language to 'English' for say an English video or 'Spanish' for say a Spanish video it will show the original language of that video instead of a bad translation in German.

Yeah that feature sucks.

I agree with a lot of the positive comments but sometimes it's easy to rest on the "you're wonderful", but I really feel that in the intro "This Video" Audrey your voice over is so Squeeky, it's like you are nervous and talking at naughty kids, learn to breath and talk calmer and slower, by the time you shouted at me "after two days in sutton" I was irritated, it was only when you got to good morning that your throat relaxed back to normality. Sorry for the criticism but hope it might help. I'm sure I'll garner some hate but hey! Someone has to say..
